  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Depicts violence, gore, or self-harm
  • Contains sexually explicit content involving minors
  • Creates non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes)
  • Promotes illegal activities or dangerous acts
  • Contains malware or attempts to compromise our systems

Violation of these rules may result in account termination and potential legal action.

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you generate using our service. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your generated content for any lawful purpose.

Our License: You grant ImagineerAI a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This includes storing, processing, and displaying your content as necessary.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for understanding the legal status of AI-generated works in your location.

7. Intellectual Property

ImagineerAI and its licensors own all rights to the service, including trademarks, logos, software, and content (excluding user-generated content). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. AI GENERATION IS INHERENTLY UNPREDICTABLE, AND RESULTS MAY VARY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGINEERAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImagineerAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination
